I had the best time kicking off my senior season with sweet and beautiful Ivey! She brought some fun outfit changes and we did a quick location change about half way through our session! I think it captured her beauty and her personality perfectly! I am so looking forward to our fall session as well!!

I am super excited to be focusing a little more on seniors this year than in years past! Seniors are some of my favorite people to photograph! Capturing both the innocence of your youth and the look into adulthood is absolutely amazing! These casual senior sessions should reflect you and your personality, and be a fun, memorable, low stress experience! With me, you will not be required to sign an exclusive photographer contract, as I don’t believe you should not be allowed to use anyone else for the entire year. As always, I would LOVE to have your business (as well as your friendship!), but I understand that there may be important senior events or occasions where I might be unavailable or unable to be your photographer, but where you and your family would want professional photographs.
Attached you will find the Senior Casual Sessions pricing flyer. The Senior Casual Session fee is just $75+tax. This fee includes up to 2 hours shooting, outfit changes, and a possible location change. Depending on the location you choose, there may be a small added travel fee, but that usually isn’t the case. This session fee is in addition to either the print package option or digital images option. Also from your session, I can also help you design your page for the football program, senior magazine, or graduation announcement! These deadlines will be here before you know it, so book fast!

This spring, there will be some important changes to scheduling with Studio 19 Photography. As most of you know, I am a mom of three boys, and that is my most important job. Spring is the busiest season of the year for our family, as two of the three boys are very actively involved in baseball. Last baseball season, I missed way too many baseball games because I was trying too hard to make sure that my business was running on all cylinders. From March til June or early July, my weekend schedule will be hit or miss, as one of my son’s baseball schedule seems like it will be made pretty much last minute every week. Because of this, my plan is to schedule very few sessions on Saturdays and Sundays. Monday-Friday I will be available from morning-evening to shoot. I understand that this may cause an inconvenience for some, so I do plan on holding mini sessions on some weekends when there is no baseball. If you MUST shoot during the weekend, I am willing to take a couple of hours away from my kid’s events, but during this season, I will have to increase my weekend fee. Those prices are coming soon. (This weekend price increase will NOT apply to those of you who are already scheduled for a weekend date)
Everyone knows how much I LOVE my job and love this business, but I have come to realize that their childhood is passing way too quickly to miss any more than absolutely necessary. I sincerely hope that I will have the understanding and support of all of my sweet friends and clients in this. It has weighed heavily on my mind and in my heart for weeks now! As ALWAYS, I love and appreciate each and every one of you who have been with me and watched and helped me grow as both a business owner and photographer as well as those of you who have come along further into my career!

Good afternoon! I just wanted to go ahead and set dates for the remaining mini sessions of the season!
November 1 will be Fall Minis. These will likely be 20 minute sessions at an outdoor location; most likely in Fultondale. They will be $100 and will be a great opportunity for updated family pictures, engagement pictures, Christmas gifts, updated pictures of the kids – you get the idea! There will be no theme here, just a perfect time for some beautiful new pictures!
November 8 will be the one and only date for Santa sessions this year. Most of these times have already been prescheduled, but I do have about 8 time slots left. I will likely be releasing those sign ups later today. They will be in Fultondale, 10 minute sessions, and $65.
November 22 and 28 will be Christmas Minis. I am planning on having these at a BEAUTIFUL indoor location here in Hayden. I am planning on having two options: Christmas PJs/bed/storytime and a more formal, in front of the fireplace, beautiful setting. It is possible, depending on demand, that I will also offer these for one date in December. I would also like to incorporate some “Santaless” Santa pictures. I have some cute ideas for these! These sessions will be GREAT for Christmas cards!! For these, I’m thinking either 10 or 15 minutes, and likely $50-$75. I’ll nail down these details soon!
The way I best plan is through FEEDBACK! Tell me what you want! Tell me what you love! The more feedback I have, the more I will be able to offer for you guys!!

Because I had to reschedule my Cotton Field Minis from last weekend to this, some spots opened up! Grab your time now before they’re all gone again!! This will be the last weekend that cotton field will be available! 
When Josh contacted me a few weeks ago and asked if I would be able to photograph his proposal to his girlfriend, Niki, I could not WAIT to say YES! What a special moment to have captured for you to cherish forever! Brownie points for my man, Josh!
He had the entire thing planned out perfectly. I met his sister, Kami at The Great Pumpkin Patch in Hayden, we set it up the way he asked, and hid. (If you were there, yes, that was us hiding in the field of sunflowers!) Not long after, Josh and Niki showed up and made the long, slow walk up the hill and across the field to the most perfect little spot….
The smile on Niki’s face was so beautiful! I could feel the happiness radiating from her as they got closer!
The ring was waiting for them on the stem of a tiny little pumpkin … it was perfect!
What a great start to this fall season!
